Touch Stone 1

Course Philosophy: 課程理念：

This course is set up to fundamentally improve students’ comprehensive English ability, which includes listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students are required to grasp basic words and sentence structures concerned about students’ basic information and their daily life as well as the utilization of the knowledge.

本課程旨在全面提升學(xué)生的英語綜合能力，即聽、說、讀、寫。學(xué)習(xí)本課程，學(xué)生應(yīng)掌握關(guān)于自我情況以及日常生活介紹的基本單詞以及句型，并能在實際生活中進行運用。

Content&features:課程內(nèi)容及特色：

Each unit of this course embraces four lessons. Lesson A emphasizes on getting students involved into the topic with the introduction of sentence structure and grammar by listening and filling blanks. Lesson B and C emphasize on extending the vocabulary and enriching the language by guiding students to brainstorm and encouraging them to speak freely. Lesson D attaches importance to consolidating the knowledge by introducing conversation strategy and putting the knowledge into practice. All in all, to enhance the comprehensive English ability.

該課程每單元包含四課。第一課旨在通過介紹句型和語法并結(jié)合聽力和填空練習(xí)讓學(xué)生融入到課程主題；第二課和第三課旨在通過引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考并鼓勵其自由運用英語來擴展詞匯、提升語言質(zhì)量。第四課旨在通過介紹對話技巧讓學(xué)生進一步鞏固所學(xué)并將其運用到實際生活中去，從而，提升學(xué)生的英語綜合能力。

This course, which is further deepened in the aspect of difficulty on the basis of Touchstone 1, covers all aspects of life  set up to fundamentally improve students’ comprehensive English ability, which includes listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students are required to grasp basic words and sentence structures concerned about students’ basic information and their daily life as well as the utilization of the knowledge.

本課程在touchstone 1的基礎(chǔ)上加深了難度，課程內(nèi)容涉及生活中的各個方面，旨在進一步提升學(xué)生的英語綜合能力，即聽、說、讀、寫。學(xué)習(xí)本課程，學(xué)生應(yīng)掌握關(guān)于自我情況以及日常生活介紹的基本單詞以及句型，并能在實際生活中進行運用。

設(shè)置理念

課程每單元分為4課，內(nèi)容基本分為topic preparation,building vocabulary, conversation strategy和Reading.每一課都包含口語中的語法知識。從各方面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)中等程度學(xué)員的英語應(yīng)用能力。
